Project Overview

For Beastro restaurant in Kuwait, we played a pivotal role in the creation and launch of this exciting new venture within the Kharafi Global group. Our team worked closely with the founders to develop a distinctive concept and menu that would appeal to both local and international guests. From optimizing kitchen flow to staff training and operational setup, we ensured every element was seamlessly integrated. By providing comprehensive support from concept definition through to launch, we positioned Beastro as a standout destination in Kuwait’s dynamic dining scene.

In this phase, we focused on creating a menu that was both innovative and operationally feasible. Our team developed detailed recipes, conducted stakeholder tastings, and ensured the menu aligned with the concept’s food vision. We worked closely with the Beastro team to refine dishes, develop full dish costings, and source the right equipment and crockery. Alongside menu development, we optimized the kitchen layout and flow to enhance efficiency. We also provided extensive training for both the back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) teams to ensure they were fully equipped to deliver the Beastro experience.

We began by collaborating closely with the stakeholders to refine the overall concept and food vision for Beastro. Our work included a deep dive into local market research, consumer trends, and competitive analysis to ensure the concept would resonate with both local diners and international visitors. The goal was to create a memorable, distinct experience that would thrive in Kuwait’s competitive restaurant landscape. We also focused on operational planning, from site requirements to staffing, ensuring the foundation was set for long-term success.

Stage 1: Concept Development

Leading up to Beastro’s launch, we provided hands-on support to ensure a smooth and successful opening. Our team developed comprehensive operations handbooks (SOPs), implemented hygiene and food safety systems, and assisted with food styling and photography. From soft launch to grand opening, we worked closely with the Beastro team to refine every detail, ensuring the restaurant was set up for success. Post-launch, we continue to provide support and quality assurance to maintain high standards and consistent guest experiences.
