For Mulberry & Prince in Cape Town, we developed the entire concept from scratch, focusing on every detail, from menu development to interior design, branding, and operational systems. This project was a personal venture for us, and we meticulously crafted an international restaurant experience that would stand out in the city’s competitive dining scene. Since its opening, we’ve operated the restaurant for nine years, continuously evolving the concept to stay in tune with customer expectations and market trends. The success of Mulberry & Prince is a testament to our dedication to exceptional dining, operational excellence, and providing a memorable guest experience.

Our team carefully crafted a diverse menu that combines international flavors with a locally-inspired approach, offering a refined yet approachable dining experience. We also developed operational systems to ensure the kitchen ran smoothly, from recipe creation and testing to staff training and kitchen flow.
